Request a Pickup

Tell us what you're looking for and choose your preferred Empire location. Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability.

Any item may be requested. No products we sell are excluded from pickup requests; a request does not mean an item is carried or available.

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter our retail locations, purchase any product, or submit a pickup request. Valid government-issued identification is required at the store.

To cancel an unfulfilled pickup request, email empiresmokehtx@gmail.com and include your request number and Empire Smoke Shop #2 — Dayton. Cancellation is not automatic; our team must review your email.
